Internet and IT represent a new formative domain which allows the shift from a learning method related to a fixed time and venue (Schools and Universities) to a new way of learning, anytime, anywhere. To a greater extent, Schools and Universities are implementing blended didactic solutions, that is to say ‘mixed’ learning, where traditional class teaching is integrated and supported by online means, in order to employ a more functional and evolved methodology. The VITECO e-learning solutions allow the creation of active and dynamic didactics, where the real protagonist is the learner, not the teacher. All solutions comply to the technical standards of accessibility (Legge Stanca n.4, 9/1/2004). Thanks to our technical team, we are able to provide Open Source solutions in order to ease public administrations from licensing costs, in accordance to the latest directives of the Ministry for Reforms and Innovations on the Public Sector.
