The main screen displays the list of certificates created.<\/p><p>The different buttons allow users to:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22399\" src=\"https:\/\/media.vitecoelearning.eu\/vitecoelearning.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot-2026-04-27-at-15.47.43.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"42\" height=\"37\" \/>view the certificates<\/strong>: the file will open in PDF format;<\/li><li><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22409\" src=\"https:\/\/media.vitecoelearning.eu\/vitecoelearning.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot-2026-04-27-at-15.47.59.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"44\" height=\"44\" \/><\/strong><strong>set it as defaul<\/strong>t: if set as default, this certificate will be used for all courses that issue a certificate but do not have a specific certificate associated with them;<\/li><li><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22420\" src=\"https:\/\/media.vitecoelearning.eu\/vitecoelearning.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot-2026-04-27-at-15.48.08.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"46\" height=\"47\" \/>edit the certificate;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22329\" src=\"https:\/\/media.vitecoelearning.eu\/vitecoelearning.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2026-04-27-at-14.45.55.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"37\" height=\"42\" \/><\/strong><strong>delete the certificate<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Note: it is not possible to delete a certificate if it is associated with an active course<\/strong><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>The <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Export<\/strong><\/span> button downloads an <strong>.xls<\/strong> file containing all information about learners and the courses they have passed, together with the related certificates; the <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Progressive info<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button informs the administrator about the type of progressive numbering selected. This appears during the first access to the <strong>Courses<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67143a2
