Admin can edit the content and style of emails sent in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>expired certificate;<\/li><li>course assigned and completed;<\/li><li>various reminders, such as instructor reminders and webinar reminders;<\/li><li>orders, such as purchase confirmation and order received;<\/li><li>welcome communications, such as generic welcome, new admin, new instructor, new learner, and password reset.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3f7bb8 elementor-widget-laptop__width-initial elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>By clicking <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Edit header and footer<\/strong><\/span>, the administrator can configure the elements common to all emails sent by the platform, namely the header and footer.\u00a0<\/p><p>The <strong>\u201cEmail header\u201d<\/strong> box allows users to customize the top section of the emails:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Use platform logo<\/strong>: enables or disables logo display;<\/li><li><strong>Background color<\/strong>: allows users to select the header background color, either by entering a hexadecimal code or by clicking the color selector;<\/li><li><strong>Header text<\/strong>: field for entering a custom message.<\/li><\/ul><p>The <strong>\u201cFooter\u201d<\/strong> box allows users to configure the final section of the emails:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Footer content<\/strong>: free text, such as hashtags, contacts, or legal notes;<\/li><li><strong>Text color<\/strong>: allows users to choose the footer text color;<\/li><li><strong>Background color<\/strong>: allows users to choose the footer background
