In some cases, it may also involve <strong>alternative learning experiences<\/strong>, which offer unique methods tailored to enhance learning beyond traditional approaches.<\/p><p>Learners are engaged <strong>emotionally<\/strong> when, during the training, they feel inherently connected to other learners, instructors and the training context. On the other hand, when students are <strong>cognitively<\/strong> engaged, they feel good about their work. In addition, they have confidence in their ability to deeply understand and master new knowledge, even on their own.<\/p><p>Lastly, <strong>behavioral<\/strong> engagement is the shallowest form of learner engagement and develops an increased rate of attention, participation, persistence, concentration and involvement in learning-related activities.<\/p><p>In recent years, the concept of the learning experience has been gradually transformed thanks to the advent of <strong>new technologies, <\/strong>including learning experience platforms. While the acquisition of knowledge and skills used to be closely linked to physical presence in the classroom, it\u2019s now possible to manage the entire learning process remotely, ensuring flexibility and interactivity.<\/p><p>The integration of <strong>experiential learning<\/strong> into the learning experience further enhances the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical application, making the process of knowledge acquisition more profound.<\/p><p>Learning experiences today integrate both traditional educational components such as lectures with contemporary
