Training is a strategic activity for a company, because it allows not only to improve individuals\u2019 knowledge, but also, and above all, to\u00a0increase the performance of a company.<\/p>

The social learning theory was conceived by the psychologist Albert Bandura, who says that training is a cognitive process that takes place in a social context through observation or direct education, even without direct reinforcement.<\/p>

This methodology abandons the\u00a0traditional training models, favouring an approach based on common sense and real life. Compared to the traditional formal techniques, social learning focuses on a training that takes place through the interaction with colleagues.<\/p>
