Gli obiettivi riguardano il miglioramento dell\u2019esperienza del discente attraverso l\u2019interazione, rendendo la formazione piacevole, immediata ed efficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Anche il 2022 sar\u00e0 interessato da forti investimenti tecnologici e, rispetto agli anni precedenti, il motivo principale risiede nell\u2019ingresso nel mondo del lavoro degli appartenenti alla\u00a0<strong>Generazione Z.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47f4222 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"47f4222\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">GEN Z AND LABOUR MARKET<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01ea507 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01ea507\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/whatis.techtarget.com\/definition\/Generation-Z\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gen Z<\/a> are those born between 1995 and 2010. They need to be taken into account because, by 2020, they will represent <strong>20% of the total workforce<\/strong>. For 65% of Gen Z it is particularly important to know what is happening around them and to have control over it.
