With JOBy, the attendance tracking app, Administrators can collect employees’ clock-ins and clock-outs and monitor their workplace entries and exits.
The admin dashboard, accessible via browser, allows the manager to set workplace coordinates, register employees, and assign them to specific groups.
All attendance data is automatically sent to dedicated servers, available in real time for consultation, and can be exported by HR managers or responsible team

JOBy is GDPR compliant

JOBy and the VITECO team ensure both employee well-being and the privacy of their personal data.
According to GDPR, it is not possible to monitor employees’ movements. For this reason, geolocation in JOBy is enabled exclusively when the employee enters the designated area set by their manager and taps the screen to clock in or out. At that point, JOBy detects the GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) exclusively to record the timestamp, without storing any movements data.

JOBy registers clock-ins and clock-outs while ensuring no personal data is tracked or stored.
