User profile
By clicking the User profile icon, the section dedicated to the user’s information will open. If a red exclamation mark appears, it means that the profile is incomplete. A yellow banner will also appear within the section, specifying which information is missing. The editable items are:
- profile picture;
- personal details, which are required for the training path;
- display language;
- e-learning details, meaning the information that will be shown on the certificate;
- office location and billing address, which are required in order to proceed with a purchase.
E-learning
The “Last name”, “First name”, and “National identification number” fields are mandatory. Additional fields may be required by the training provider.
The “NACE code” field allows users to enter the relevant NACE code using the convenient drop-down menu that opens as soon as a code is entered. Next to it, the “NACE description” field will automatically retrieve the description based on the code
Office location and billing address
The data to be entered is required in order to purchase a course. Using the “Type of worker” drop-down menu, users can select the type of account holder from among organization, company, and individual. By selecting “Individual”, the fields will be filled in automatically with the information entered in the personal details section.
Orders
At the bottom of the page, there is the Orders section, where users can view information related to their purchases and download the payment receipt by clicking the relevant icon 
Note: the Orders section is available only if the administrator has enabled the e-commerce setting.
