Satisfaction survey
The Satisfaction survey is a feature that allows users to monitor the level of user satisfaction with the courses available on the e-Logos platform.
In the dedicated section, admins can view, for each course, a percentage representing the average level of appreciation expressed by learners.
The satisfaction rating is generated from a specific questionnaire associated with the course. The “Satisfaction survey” module must be added within the course. In the module, admins can configure the questions to be submitted to learners, either by uploading them from a file or entering them manually.
