How to configure Paypal
PayPal Express is one of the payment methods available on e-Logos. It allows users to pay quickly through their PayPal account, without having to enter their details each time.
Note: only power users with the “Manager” role can configure this method.
Configuration steps
Select the mode:
- Sandbox test: to test payments without real transactions.
- Live (production): to enable real payments.
Client ID: enter the Client ID provided by PayPal.
Secret key (Client Secret): enter the corresponding secret key.
Click Apply changes or Save and exit.
How to find your keys in Paypal
To find your keys in PayPal, go to developer.paypal.com and log in to your account. Click Dashboard > My Apps & Credentials:
- Choose the environment:
- Sandbox: for testing. The keys start with .. and EJK…
- Live: to receive real payments
- Create a new app or select an existing one to obtain the Client ID and Secret key.
